Feda is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working across a range of clinical and community settings, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, hospital-based services, research, and private practice. Her diverse background has given her a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to supporting people with mental health and wellbeing concerns, including anxiety, low mood, stress, life transitions and relationship difficulties.
Feda works primarily with adults and has a particular interest in cross-cultural psychology. She takes a warm, collaborative and individualised approach, valuing each person’s unique story and considering the cultural, family and social contexts that shape their experiences.

Feda tailors therapy to each person’s unique experiences, goals and cultural background, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Helping clients recognise and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour to improve emotional wellbeing.
- Schema Therapy: Exploring longstanding patterns developed through early life experiences that may be impacting relationships, emotions and daily functioning.
- Motivational Interviewing: Supporting clients to strengthen motivation, build confidence and navigate meaningful change.
- Mindfulness-Based Strategies: Developing greater awareness of thoughts and emotions while building skills to manage stress and remain present.
- Strengths-Based Approaches: Identifying and building on existing strengths, values and personal resources to foster resilience and growth.
