About
Christine is a warm, empathic and experienced psychologist having worked across various public health settings, including hospitals, disability services, the criminal justice system, and a clinic with expertise in personality disorders. She understands that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges, and she enjoys working alongside people as they move through those difficult times with hope and healing. Christine has expertise in helping people with relational difficulties, unhelpful thoughts about themselves or others, and difficulty controlling or expressing emotions or impulses. She has a special interest in working with people who experience Adjustment Disorders, Personality Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and Anxiety Disorders. She is a Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor in health psychology. Christine’s approach to therapy is gentle and focused on fostering acceptance and a sense of safety as clients work towards understanding challenges and creating meaningful change in their lives.

- Anxiety and Mood Disorders: Providing evidence-based interventions for a wide range of anxiety and mood disorders, and tailoring treatment approaches to meet individual preferences and needs.
- Personality Disorders: Offering principle-driven, evidence-based treatments to support individuals diagnosed with personality disorders.
- Disability: Assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, neurodegenerative disorders, and/or acquired brain injuries to enhance their overall wellbeing.
- Forensic Psychology: Supporting individuals who have had contact with the criminal justice system, helping them navigate unique challenges and work toward improved wellbeing.
- Health Psychology:Providing support for individuals experiencing the physical and psychological impacts of chronic illness.
