About
Tom is a Registered Psychologist who works with his clients in a collaborative way to support improved life outcomes. At the heart of his approach is working together to identify core values and motivators, and aligning behaviours to them. He has worked in a range of settings from professional sport, schools and universities, corporate and the public sector. Tom spent over a decade working in high-performance sport and coaching, before transitioning from coach development to organisational psychology. He has worked with people across the lifespan, and has a particular focus on performance psychology (sporting, artistic or otherwise), men’s mental health, career and vocational-based work, and coping skills and self-management for stress, burnout, self-esteem, social skills, and mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
