Dr Sarah Collyer is a registered psychologist and clinical registrar who offers a warm, humanistic and person-centered approach to therapy. Sarah believes in each person’s innate capacity for growth and works collaboratively to create a space where clients can explore their experiences, values, and goals. Sarah integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR, informed by developmental, attachment, and humanistic perspectives.
She has a particular interest in working with adult high performers across corporate, sport, and performing arts domains, helping clients navigate anxiety, burnout, trauma, and performance-related stress. Drawing on her background in the performing arts, Sarah brings a deep understanding of the pressures faced by high achievers and creatives. She also enjoys working with adults and older adults negotiating life transitions such as career changes and retirement.

- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): Supporting emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR): Assisting clients to process and reframe trauma-related experiences to reduce distress.
Her approach is informed by developmental, attachment, and humanistic perspectives. She is committed to continual growth as a clinician and values ongoing supervision, professional development, and reflective practice.
