Tegan is known for her compassionate, down-to-earth style and collaborative approach, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood. She works with both young people and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges and build confidence in creating meaningful, lasting change.
Tegan has experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, and is highly skilled at supporting patients with anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She has a special interest in helping people manage the emotional impacts of chronic health conditions, particularly women’s health issues, chronic pain and perinatal mental health challenges. Her work is grounded in the biopsychosocial model, acknowledging the complex interaction between physical, emotional, and social factors.
