From the time you first reach out and throughout your ongoing support, we work to ensure a calm and supportive experience.
Your journey begins with a referral or self-referral, followed by an initial assessment so we may better understand your needs. Together, we will develop a personalised mental health care plan, with therapy sessions shaped around your goals.

We work with people from many different stages of life. While a large number of our clients are between 18 and 40, anyone seeking professional support for their mental health and well-being is welcome.
