What to Expect
From your initial connection with our clinic through continued care, we strive to create a clear and supportive experience.
You’ll begin with either a referral or self-referral, followed by an initial assessment that may help us understand your needs. We then work together to create a personalised mental health care plan, with therapy sessions planned around your goals.
