Beginning therapy often starts with a single step. From your first interaction with our clinic, our team aims to help you feel supported, informed, and at ease throughout the process.

What to Expect
From your first contact with our clinic and throughout your care, we aim to provide a smooth and supportive experience.
You’ll begin with either a referral or self-referral, followed by an initial assessment that may help us understand your needs. We then work together to create a personalised mental health care plan, with therapy sessions planned around your goals.

Who we Support
We work with people from many different stages of life. While a large number of our clients are between 18 and 40, anyone seeking professional support for their mental health and well-being is welcome.
