Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured therapy centered around your goals, where we aim to help you identify and work through unhelpful beliefs. You will learn practical skills to transform your mindset, assisting with challenges anxiety, depression, and OCD.

Behavioural Therapy
Behavioural therapy is about modifying harmful or unhelpful behaviours through a wide range of techniques. We aim to help you understand the relationship between your behaviours and the environment you use them in and help you to develop healthier habits and responses.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy develops the skills to stop being pushed around by unhelpful thoughts and feelings. You can learn to 'open up to', 'roll with' and get 'unstuck from' challenging experiences to pursue the things you value most.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is designed to help you process and heal from traumatic experiences. This involves using guided eye movements in an effort to help you re-process traumatic memories to reduce their emotional impact on you and help you heal.

Mindfulness-Based Therapies
Mindfulness-based therapies offer a form of mental training that helps people to stay 'in the moment', rather than worrying about the future or dwelling on the past. This allows people to sidestep the types of overthinking that cause suffering, which can help with anxiety, depression, chronic pain and other challenges.

Clinical Hypnosis
Clinical Hypnosis is a tool used in conjunction with other therapeutical approaches to increase clinical effectiveness. It utilises a state of focused attention and increased receptiveness to ideas to promote rapid shifts in experience.

Schema Therapy
Schema therapy evolved to help people work through core and lifelong challenges - or 'schemas'. Clients are guided to understand how their difficulties relate to patterns they experienced earlier in life. Experiential techniques are used enhance therapy, with the goal of helping people heal from difficulties that have been getting them stuck for a long time.

Motivational Interviewing
This approach is designed to boost your motivation and commitment to change. With motivational interviewing, your psychologist aims to help you make positive changes in your life, particularly with challenges like behaviour changes and personal motivation.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
DBT combines CBT techniques and mindfulness-based therapies in an effort to help you to manage intense emotions and improve your relationships. It often focuses on skills like emotional regulation and distress tolerance and may be used for challenges such as eating disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues.
