Every journey begins with one step. At Mind to Mind, we’re here to support you from the moment you reach out. Your journey is unique, and we’re dedicated to helping you navigate it with care and understanding.
What to Expect
From the moment you connect with us to ongoing support, we offer a smooth and supportive experience. You’ll start with a referral or self-referral, then we’ll have an initial assessment to understand your needs. We’ll work together to create a personalised treatment plan, where you’ll have regular sessions tailored to your goals.
Who we Support
We’re here to support anybody seeking mental health support. While many of our patients are between 18 and 40, we welcome anybody who’d like help navigating their mental health journey.
